A Level Examination Certificates Collection
We are pleased to announce that the A Level examination certificates are now available for collection from the school.
Important Information
Certificates are vital documents. You will very likely be asked to produce them by colleges, universities, and employers, even many years after leaving school. Students are strongly advised to collect their certificates and keep them in a safe place.
The school is only required to hold unclaimed certificates for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, in line with awarding body regulations (JCQ).
Collection Instructions
- Certificates will need to be signed for upon collection.
- Please note that schools are only allowed to accept collection instructions from the student themselves.
- If you are unable to collect your certificates in person, you must formally nominate someone to collect on your behalf. To authorise a nominated person, please email exams@highworth.kent.sch.uk with your name and the full name of the person you authorise to collect them.
