Careers Department

Our school is committed to providing the best possible careers advice to all of our students.  Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) makes a major contribution to preparing young people for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life. The purpose of CEIAG at Highworth is to offer opportunities for self-development, career exploration and career management. We have a duty to provide impartial, up-to-date information and expert advice within school.  Our CEIAG programme is called 'SIRIUS'.

The Careers Library is a central point to find information through suggested website links or through the various university, apprenticeship, gap year and career guides which are updated and maintained on a regular basis. The Careers Library is open throughout the school day to all students.

Mrs Savage, the Careers Manager is based in the Careers Library and is always happy to offer any advice and guidance you need. If you would like to see Mrs Savage, then please email her to arrange a time to meet.
