Highworth Festive Fair

The Friends of Highworth Festive Fair will take place on Saturday 14 November 10am at the school.

We have a ‘Donation Day’ for items to be brought into school on Monday 2 November and taken to Mr Dodd’s office.

During the event, refreshments are offered and so we are looking for donations of cakes to be brought in the day before the event on Friday 13 November. Please ensure that all ingredients and allergens are listed on the cakes and that they are well wrapped.

To ensure the event can take place and run smoothly, we need as many volunteers as possible throughout the day.

Volunteers are now being sought to help on the day.  Volunteers will be asked to work in two-hour slots: 

08.00 - 10.00 (set up)

10.00 - 12.00 

12.00 - 14.00

14.00 - 16.00 (clean up)

Please email fohvolunteerco@highworth.kent.sch.uk with a time slot when you are available to help - and if you have children at Highworth who are able to help alongside you.

Events are only able to take place because of the generous help of parents and carers who come forward to volunteer.
