Basketball Success
On Wednesday 29 April, the Ashford and Shepway district basketball finals were held at The North School. For the second year running, Highworth was represented in all five of the finals and this year achieved a district best, four championship winners. The winning teams were Year 7, Year 8, Year 10 and Year 11, with the Year 9 team only narrowly missing out. All the players were a credit to the school and received high praise from the event organisers.
