Rounders Tournaments
Highworth hosted the Year 10 rounders tournament in June competing with 5 other schools in the local area. After some exhilarating matches, Year 10 took home second place.
Highworth also hosted the Year 8 rounders tournament, competing with 10 schools in the area. After some tough games against The Marsh Academy who were the overall winners, we came fourth.
At the end of June, Highworth went to Folkestone School for Girls to play in the Year 7 rounders tournament and won first place. Their toughest game was against FSG and they managed to hold on to the lead 6-5. Well done to all players.
