British Indoor Rowing Championships
Congratulations to Sixth Formers, Aimee and Erin, who competed at the British Indoor Rowing Championships held in Birmingham for their club, Maidstone Invicta Rowing Club. Aimee competed in the Sixth Form girls’ 500m race; Erin entered the 2000m Sixth Form girls’ race. Aimee finished 3rd in her individual race; Erin finished 13th in hers. Together with two other team members, they took part in the girls’ 8 minutes relay where they came first, coming away with a gold medal each.
