Asian Cultural Evening
“Highworth Asian Society hosted a cultural evening at the end of May to celebrate cultural diversity from various South Asian countries. The event consisted of musical and dance performances by students. The fashion show flaunted fabulous cultural outfits and the students danced along to Asian tunes during the disco. The event also had popular jewellery and henna stalls where students could take a piece of Asian culture home. During the break, a variety of Asian delicacies were on offer for the students to enjoy! All in all, the evening gave a wonderful view to the cultural diversity in the school and how admirably students embraced each other's culture.”
