Pony Club National Triathlon Championship Sucess
Poppy from 7NS attended the Pony Club National Triathlon at Stoke Mandeville in March. She was placed 7th overall and is to be congratulated on achieving a personal best in all 3 phases:
- 980 Shoot – 10 shots, 2 handed air pistols at 7 metres with turning targets
- 4 minutes 10 seconds run over 1000m
- 5 Lengths 10 meters swim – The swim is for 2 minutes in a 25-meter pool and points are allocated on the distance achieved.
