National Folk Ensemble Workshop
On Wednesday 9 March, instrumentalists from Years 7 to 13 joined together to take part in a workshop led by members of the National Folk Ensemble. Students learnt a folk tune aurally by repeating what the workshop leaders played. This was a real challenge, requiring careful listening and concentration but the result sounded fantastic.
