Lee Valley Hurdles Personal Best
Congratulations to Alexis (7KK) who competed at Lee Valley on 25 January. She ran a personal best of 10.01 seconds in the U13 60m hurdles, setting a new Ashford Athletics Club record in the process. She is currently ranked number one in the UK for the U13 60m hurdles which is a fantastic achievement!
