Chinese New Year Culture Day
Chinese New Year Culture Day was celebrated on Tuesday 1 February. Students learned about Chinese New Year traditions, such as the Lion Dance, the Chinese zodiac and that 2022 is the Year of the Tiger. All students were asked to make a Chinese lantern for the door of their Mentor Room and some received special coins to celebrate the occasion. Congratulations to the five winners of the individual Lantern Design Competition and to GDA for the best overall Mentor decorations.
